At Litentry you can set your own working hours. All we ask is that you make them transparent to your team in your calendar. We trust your ability to manage your work and we want to you to have the best possible balance between work and life.
Personal Development is super important to us. That's why we encourage all of our employees to make use of our Training & Development budget of 3,000 Euros per person/per year.
You can choose from our list of options, such as language classes, attending a conference, subscribing to a mental health app, taking an online course on awwwards, udemy, codecademy, or other learning platforms, or suggest a different training measure to us.
We understand how important a good work space is. That's why every new employee gets a budget of 500 Euros to improve their set up at home. We also offer to pay for a hot-desking subscription at a local shared office space (e.g. WeWork).
If you live near one of our three offices, you are of course most welcome to work from there as well.
Being a Remote-First company gives people the freedom to work from many different places in the world. However, it also means that we do not meet our colleagues face to face very often.
That's why organise a team trip for everyone to come together once a year. Our first trip was in the late summer of 2021. We stayed in a small town in the Alps for a week, where we enjoyed team building events, workshops and fantastic views!
